Sascha Rissel is a entrepreneur, investor, and innovation strategist with over 25 years of experience in building, scaling, and transforming technology-driven companies.
As founder and Managing Director of ASR Holding GmbH, he was responsible for numerous successful corporate developments – including the international expansion of Flatlift TV Lift Systeme GmbH into the global leader in the special solutions sector for TV-lift superyacht and residential AV integration market.
With the founding of mAInThink GmbH, Sascha Rissel is bringing his entrepreneurial vision and financial strength to the field of AI-supported financial and investment optimization. His focus is on strategy, scaling, business development, and building strategic partnerships with government, business, and technology partners.
Dr. Igor Kadoshchuk

Dr. Igor Kadoshchuk is a computer scientist, AI architect, and financial systems expert with extensive experience in developing complex mathematical models for financial and investment planning.
He holds a doctorate in computer science from the renowned Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology (MIPT) and has held positions including Head of IT Department at Gazprombank and Director of Project-Management at TransTeleCom Company – two of Russia's largest financial and telecommunications groups.
As the scientific mind behind StratePlan, he is responsible for the development of AI superintelligence, mathematical optimization algorithms, and the technical platform architecture. His work combines mathematical precision, risk-adjusted investment strategies, and high-performance computing solutions based on cutting-edge technologies.
